In search of promoting abacus education in Taiwan, the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce has spearheaded exploring children’s intelligence capacity through abacus computing, together with competitive exchange, that would poise to improve the level of Taiwan’s abacus sector by staging regional abacus contests across Taiwan on a yearly basis utilizing council resources.  Encompassing Taipei, Taichung, Changhwa, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung and the like, it aims to achieve an across-board promotion of abacus promotion in Taiwan through various opportunities in staging promotional activities and contests working with regional efforts.
